FRP Ductwork Manufacturer
FRP Ductwork & Piping for Corrosive & High-Temperature Service
Corrosion-resistant fiberglass duct, pipe, fittings and expansion joints for fume, off-gas and process-fluid handling — engineered for vacuum, pressure and thermal cycling.
Off-gas and fume systems fail where corrosion meets vacuum, temperature swings and external loads. Crimar engineers FRP ductwork and piping as a system — wall schedule, stiffeners, supports and joints designed together for the real operating envelope, not just the chemistry.
Typical applications
- Smelter and acid-plant off-gas duct
- Scrubber inlet, outlet and bypass duct
- Fume exhaust and ventilation duct
- Process and slurry piping
- Elbows, tees, reducers and expansion joints
- Dual-laminate duct for aggressive condensate
What Crimar builds
We size the laminate for internal pressure or full vacuum, add stiffening rings and support saddles, and detail flanged or butt-and-wrap joints — in vinyl ester or Derakane resins matched to gas composition and temperature.
Capabilities at a glance
- Diameter: small-bore to over 3 m
