Comminution equipment for mining and mineral processing
Crushing and grinding — comminution — is the heart of every mineral-processing plant, and it is unforgiving on equipment. Ore has to be reduced from run-of-mine rock to a controlled particle size before it can be concentrated, leached or smelted, and every hour a crusher or mill is down is production lost. Crimar sources complete crushing and grinding trains — from primary crushers through fine grinding mills — together with the wear parts and spares that keep them running, and applies the same inspection discipline and documentation we use on our engineered FRP equipment.

Grinding mills, mill components and wear parts
Beyond complete machines, Crimar supplies the heavy components and consumable wear parts that determine how long a crushing and grinding circuit runs between shutdowns. Because these items wear out on a predictable cycle, having a reliable, quality-controlled source is often more valuable than the original equipment itself.

When original drawings are incomplete or unavailable, our team can carry out on-site dimensional verification and reverse-engineer replacement parts to fit — so worn components can be replaced without waiting on the original manufacturer.
