Custom FRP Tanks & Vessels — Up to 15 m Diameter

Hand lay-up and filament-wound fiberglass-reinforced plastic tanks and process vessels, engineered for the exact chemistry, temperature and pressure of your service.

Crimar has engineered and fabricated corrosion-resistant FRP tanks and vessels since 1988. From shop-built vessels to field-fabricated tanks assembled on your site, every unit is designed for the exact medium, concentration and temperature it will see in service — not a catalogue size forced to fit.

Typical applications

  • Storage, mixing and day tanks for acids and alkalis
  • SX-EW electrolyte, raffinate and organic tanks
  • Neutralization and reaction tanks
  • Scrubber recirculation tanks
  • Pickling, plating and wastewater tanks
  • Field-erected tanks where shipping limits shop fabrication

What Crimar builds

We select the resin system (vinyl ester, Derakane, isophthalic) and build the corrosion barrier and structural laminate to ASME RTP-1 / ASTM design — with the nozzles, manways, ladders, restraint and lifting details your installation needs.
